Children & Youth

Child Youth Worker

As our Child Youth Worker, you will work as part of a vibrant team to provide care and support to young people living in staffed homes within their community. You’ll encourage and empower the youth we support to be independent, self-determining, and live the life they envision while maintaining excellent standards of care, health, and safety. Your natural ability to care for others and work both independently and collaboratively as a member of a multidisciplinary team will allow you to influence your team’s success.
Management
Provide support in a safe home environment to children and youth who may have experienced complex trauma and present complex behaviours.

Human Resources Assistant
Assist in the day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties
Benefits Administrator
Direct and plan the day-to-day operations of group benefits programs (group health, dental, vision, short-term and long-term disability, worker's compensation, life insurance, travel and accident plan, MPP retirement plans, etc.)
Recruiter
Meet hiring goals by filling open positions with talented and qualified candidates by owning the full life cycle of the recruiting process
Employment

Assist the person served in finding employment and connecting with the work community by researching, identifying and soliciting commitments from possible sources of employment as well as self-employment and job carving opportunities.

Respite Provider
Work as part of a close-knit team to provide short-term relief for primary caregivers by caring for and supporting the people living in their Home Shares within their community.
