    What to do if you have a complaint?

    Your complaint is kept confidential and will only be reviewed by with those who can help fix it. When you make a complaint, someone will contact you within 48 hours or two business days. Most complaints are resolved within 30 days.

    If you wish to make a complaint or are unhappy about something or someone, you can make a complaint the following ways:

    If you are not satisfied or would like someone outside of Pacific Coast to review your complaint, please contact Community Living BC (CLBC), Ministry of Children and Family Development (MCFD).
